OHV  Roads (Trails) are often well traveled by other 4X4 enthusiasts who  are  not  always respectful or safe
while out on the road, and therefore we must always be alert for  other  vehicles  at  all  times. Your guide will
instruct you how to handle various situations, should  they  occur.  Our Quads are fully automatic and do not
require shifting gears on a continual basis as do many other ATV's.

We recommend that all riders  (participants)  understand the basic rules outlined by ATV Safety Institute who
uses the S.I.P.D.E. method of teaching or  instructing a rider  on  various obstacles and riding techniques he
or she may encounter while  operating  an  ATV.  The  more  knowledge  one has, the more chances of safe
operation while going over various terrains and unforeseen circumstances.

The basic outline for S.I.P.D.E. is  listed  below,  however  for  more  detailed  information  you  may visit ATV
Safety  Institutes  website  as  listed  below...
www.atvsafety.org   or  you  may  call  them at; (949) 727-2727
Monday through Friday.

Be prepared  prior to going  on a quad tour if a guide person asks for you to quickly review his/her S.I.P.D.E.
Instructional chart prior to the trail ride.  You  will  be  asked  to  sign a waiver unless it was previously signed
and received by our Reservations Department.
